We operate with an open-door policy, encouraging families to communicate openly with our team and remain actively involved in their child’s care and learning.
Child safety is our highest priority. Our practices are guided by the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations, ensuring children’s rights, safety, and wellbeing are embedded in everything we do.
All educators and staff hold current, in-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training, and have completed child protection training.
Our team participates in monthly professional development focused on child protection, best practice, behaviour guidance, inclusion, and active supervision.
Through strong partnerships with families, ongoing training, and robust child-safe practices, we are committed to providing a secure, nurturing environment where every child feels protected, respected, and supported to thrive.

Clementson Drive Early Educational Centre was created from a deeply personal vision of what early childhood education should feel like a warm, connected, and centred on relationships.
As a mum of 3 and an Early Childhood Teacher, I wanted to create a service that truly adapts to families and children, not the other way around. Our story is built on the belief that children thrive when they feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for.
We take the time to get to know each child and family, recognising that every journey is unique.
Learning here is not rushed or transactional, it is thoughtful, responsive, and guided by each child’s needs, interests, and wellbeing.
Being family owned and operated allows us to remain hands-on, flexible, and deeply connected to our community. Adapting or service to support each individual family and their needs.
