Children’s safety and wellbeing are at the heart of our practice.

• Educators are actively and directly engaged with children throughout the day​

• We do not use “under roof” ratios — active supervision is intentional and responsive​

• Educators complete regular and annual training including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Child Protection, Allergy Awareness, and Behaviour Guidance​

• Calm routines and positive guidance support children’s emotional wellbeing
